The Bottom Line

We all know when a line has been crossed, we feel disturbed, frustrated, let down or perhaps we feel anger. Our experience has shown that identifying what this line is early on helps. Perhaps if you get help its really important that the worker is very polite, or that they take off their shoes before coming in the house or that they ring ahead if they are running late.
